Date Night @ The DAC: Snapshot Social!
Wednesday, August 21, 2019
Photographer Edward Steichen once said, “A portrait is not made in the camera but on either side of it.” Delve into a world of larger than life backdrops, props and lights and compose wickedly clever and imaginative portraits with yourself and friends, using your own phone or camera. Get helpful tips from our featured artist Meeghan Morongova and enjoy her show Boundless Abandon in the main gallery.
Our “Selfie Fantasyland” is a casual, come and go event for all ages. We will have staff and volunteers on site to assist you in capturing your photos, however this is a strictly B.Y.O.C (Bring Your Own Camera) event.
This event is FREE and no registration is required.
