Employment Verifications
If you need to verify that someone is or has been employed by the City of Austin, you can request employment verification.
Name and Address Changes
Log into the HR Portal to make address changes or certain personal information. For assistance with name changes contact your Department HR liaison.
Viewing Your Service Record File
To view the information in your Service Record file, call the Records Division at 512-974-3417 to make an appointment. To verify your identify please bring a copy of your City of Austin ID badge or driver's license to your appointment.
